彭書睿，出生於台灣台北，東吳大學英文系畢業，第一位參加「忠僕號」國際志工船的台灣男生有將近五年的資深經歷，隨船拜訪過歐亞非將近五十餘國。
零八年九月後加入台灣世界展望會，目前在國外事工部擔任督導，負責衣索比亞、剛果的計畫區，以及非洲整體緊急救援專案以及糧食議題。
